  • What is the best way to set up a phone consultation to start the process?
    Email me or text me with your name, phone number, and a preferred time for me to contact you. My contact info is at the bottom of the Home Page. You can also click the CONTACT tab on my website and leave your information for me to get in touch with you!
     

  • Is everything confidential?
    100% Yes. Yes. Yes. I will never share any details of your business, home, or personal life. I want you to feel comfortable inviting me into your personal space and I promise each client the same 100% confidentiality.
     

  • Will you post “Before and After” photos?
    I will never post Before & After photos without your consent. Obviously showing Before & After pictures is a rewarding moment for me; but if it is not a comfortable and exciting moment for you … I will not post any photos without your permission.

  • Are all of the containers included in your package pricing? 
    No.  Package pricing  includes a free consultation and all organizational services. Packages do not include containers because each project is customized.  If you choose to use containers you already have … package pricing covers the project.  Different clients have different budgets and different "end goals."  If you want all new containers to enhance your project; they should be purchased before our project start date.  If you prefer for me to purchase all of your containers … I offer a "$100 Personal Shopping" add-on.  I will buy everything you need … (and more!) … Because who doesn't love options?!  I do not up-charge any products.  I will bring all of the products to your appointment.  I will provide all receipts (for reimbursement) and  I will take care of all  your returns, as well.

  • I feel embarrassed having you in my home. Is there any other way you can help me?
    Do. Not. Feel. This. Way!  There is nothing more liberating than asking for help and making a positive change. This mentality is as counterproductive as feeling embarrassed to go to the gym if you feel unhealthy or overweight. Trust me; your clutter does not define you. Your clutter is the result of people living in your home and having a life! Do not feel intimated to invite me in your home ... I will be excited and honored to help you and I promise to be understanding & never judgmental! 
     

  • Can you help me organize one or several rooms in my house after I move?
    Absolutely! I can implement an organizational system from scratch for you. Sometimes moving is overwhelming and trying to figure out a new way to organize your belongings feels impossible. You stare at countless boxes wishing they would magically empty themselves. I can help you empty your boxes and put your belongings away in an organized system that benefits your lifestyle.
     

  • Do you charge for travel?
    I do not charge New Jersey clients for travel within 20 miles of the Sewell, NJ (08080) zip code. If you live beyond a  20 mile radius ... there is a $1 per mile fee added over the 20th mile (round trip).  For example; a client living 30 miles from the 08080 zip code would be charged a $20 round trip travel fee.  
     

  • What is your cancellation policy?
    If you need to cancel; please do so 48 Hours prior to your scheduled appointment. All appointments cancelled with less than 48 Hours notice are subject to a $100 cancellation fee.
     

  • What forms of payment do you accept?
    Presently; I accept Cash, Checks, PayPal or Venmo.  Packages require a $100 Deposit at the time of booking.  Returned checks are subject to a banking fee.
    All payments are due in full upon the completion of service.
